How many glasses do you need? Do you supply bathroom amenities? What are the best linens to use for a rental? Where do you keep an extra backstock of items to replenish used items?

Consult & Assess

In our 30 minute complimentary consultation we will discuss your overall goals & objectives for the property such as how the property will be used, how many guests it will sleep & frequency of use. 

PHASE TWO

Preparation

After establishing the overall framework for the use of the property we will begin to order the necessary items to make the property function as a home, which includes essential household products, & create a backstock supply of certain items that can be accessed by the owner or property manager in the event items are broken, lost or used.

PLACE & INSTALL

Once all orders are received, we will begin to prepare the home for use by installing organization systems & products so the home is ready for use & easy for a property manager or owner to navigate restocking & replenishing essentials in-between stays.
